Shipping policy

We want your Bri Beauty order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping time: Your standard shipping order will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Important: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting https://www.usps.com/.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Delays & Issues

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@bribeauty.co and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Bri Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local authorities and contact us, we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
